By 1992, I had graduated from The University of Akron, served in Operation Desert Storm and co-founded a payroll company called Paychecks Plus. That is, in addition to having worked for four years at Graphic Enterprises in Canton, Ohio where I learned how a service oriented, sales driven company should be run. From there, I entered the telecommunications industry by working at Cellular One as an account executive. Then, after spending three years at Simplex, I joined Q Integrated Networks as the Vice-President of Sales where we changed the face of networking by designing and deploying the first thin-client computing networks using the Citrix platform. After several very successful and fun years at QIN, I took on a new challenge with Cap Gemini Ernst and Young, a worldwide, high end consulting company. My desire to start a new company and work with my father led me to co-found Brisk Consulting. As I look 10 years down the road, I am excited about the endless opportunities that are developing in the voice and data marketplace. I believe that we are in the right place at the right time as this industry goes through a major metamorphosis. Beyond my work life, I enjoy time with my wife of 15 years and four children. I have many hobbies including every sport you can think of. I write a blog called "The Telecom World According to Dante" which can be found at http://briskconsulting.wordpress.com. You will learn all sorts of information about telecom that is much more detailed than our web site. |
