Voice and Data services are the lifeblood of most businesses. What business can operate without the ability to receive or place phone calls, send or receive e-mail or access the Internet for information or as a business management tool? And the reliance on these services continues to grow, particularly with the exponential growth of the Internet over the past 5 to 10 years. Since 2002, Brisk Consulting has been selling voice and data services and helping companies manage these services that are so important to their business. From September of 2002 through December of 2005, we sold AT&T products (formerly SBC and Ameritech) to small and medium sized business in Northeast Ohio as an AT&T Solution Provider. Because of our success in winning customers back to AT&T and our strict adherence to AT&T's guidelines for product knowledge, order processing, customer service and much more, we were chosen as a Five Star Solution Provider in 2005 and 2006. Every year, very few Solution Providers earn this distinction and we were proud to have earned Five Star status for two consecutive years. In December, 2005 when the SBC/AT&T merger was finally completed, we were given the opportunity to become a "non-exclusive" Solution Provider. This meant that we were allowed to sell products for companies that compete with AT&T even though we were prohibited from doing so prior to the merger. By becoming a non-exclusive Solution Provider, it allowed us to take another step forward in our goal of becoming a consultative resource for our customers. After conducting thorough evaluations of numerous providers of voice and data services, we have chosen a portfolio of providers that we believe gives our clients a complete mix of products and services. Some of those companies are; One Communications, CenturyTel Communications, XO Communications, Easton Telecom, The T-1 Company to name a few. Visit our Services page to discover what types of products these companies offer, or our Partners page to learn more about each carrier.
